The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to Paddington station and Underground. Plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel itself is lovely and quirky and would definitely recommend it to all.

Such a lovely stay at this fine location. The room was well maintained l, clean and warm. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our breakfast was amazing and the wait staff very professional. I will come back here again when I visit London next.

This hotel was in a great location - lots of restaurants nearby and Paddington is a tube and train station, so easy to come and go from with Heathrow Express access. Staff were SO friendly and the breakfast service was excellent. The only downside was I requested four single beds, which I didn't realize meant I would be on the basement floor, which I didn't love, but as mentioned the location is good so I wasn't overly concerned about security. Would recommend!
