"Great location but rooms a lot smaller than what pictures suggest. "

"Clean room , paddington station at 5 min walking This hotel is 3 stars. One observation the towels in the bathroom to high to reach for a short people ( petite size) . "

"Clean room, friendly staff, well located. Only drawback is there was an issue with the cold water (it was coming hot) but maintenance came quickly and despite not able to fix it, they found a work around. Breakfast has an extensive range of products, but the quality was not great."

"Pool is small but most welcome for unwinding after travel or to start the days off. Steam room and sauna enhance the experience. Unattended nature of pool not ideal for young or lone swimmers. Fitness suite is adequate for a simple workout and equipment modern and working well. Altogether a great asset to the hotel and one of the main reasons we booked."
