“There is no check in at this property and we did not receive a welcome email providing check in details. We arrived and had to find a way to contact the property to then learn our apartment was not available. They sent us to another property of theirs that had barbed wire on the gate. It was not a good experience. ”

“Location is great. But the hygiene inside the bathroom can be improved. Also the heater makes the air feel like a little bit too foggy, can’t breathe properly.”

“The property was just as described, amazing loaction and very clean, around the corner from Claridges. perfect for a family of 4. It was great having a large kitchen and living area, just superb. Hope I will be lucky enough to book it again.”

“Disappointed and will NOT recommend I contacted the Parklane directly before my trip , double confirmed it was 2x bed rooms , 2 bathrooms. however, only 1 bathroom. a Stair inside the room, BUT no one mentioned it during my conversation to hotel before booking, and no indication in webpage. Absolute not enough HOT water for bathing in Feb 2-8 degree . One good thing is best location. ”
