"It's a very large hotel and sadly there are some small things that are showing the signs of age. Overall the service was attentive, the breakfast was good. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again"

"This time I chose a basic room, it was indeed smaller than the premium room I booked before but still featured a sofa, a table and a window with street views. The other thing delighted me was that the room service is 24h. I had a good steak at 1pm."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a lot in the past, but I think they are lowering their standards lately. The fire alarm kept going off for quite some time late in the evening. I tried to get a drink from the bar and they wouldn’t serve me. I understand they don’t work open the bar all But when you disturbed the fire alarm, I thought it should be possible to at least get a drink To say this is a five star hotel they need to look at their policies"
