Stayed for a concert so not in the room much .It was super convenient for the railway and tube.Quick check in fab helpful Staff. As we only staying the night booked a small double room it was compact but perfect for what we needed.Will definitely go back

Great location for Paddington trains

Great location only a few steps from Paddington station. I had to take a train at 6am so it was very convenient. The room was tiny and breakfast ok. Staff was good and helpful.

The staff here is amazing. I can’t tell you how helpful they were. My elderly parents required extra attention and help, and the staff, particularly Olita, made them as comfortable as possible during our family’s stay. I would stay here again.., you can’t beat the location!

Fabulous location - a stone’s throw from Paddington Station makes it easy tube rides to everywhere. Hyde Park a short walk away, loads of restaurants and cafes.

Great Location

We found the room to be clean and comfortable, although a little small for our taste. Front desk service was cordial and helpful. Having location right next to Paddington Station and several good pubs was a big plus.

Room was different to picture shown on booking. Very small room , no space to move. Bathroom was tiny , could not dry yourself without hitting walls. No mirror in room , no usb ports. Key stopped working on 3 occasions.

The hotel was in walking distance from Paddington Station and as we had an appointment at St Mary's hospital which was around the corner to the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent the staff were very pleasant and very obliging. Would recommend this hote,l will use this hotel again when visiting either for hospital appointment or for a weekend break.

The room was nice and clean. The air ventilation in the bathroom was not working, but the air heating pump was operational. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was good, with a variety of different restaurants around.
