The nosie from the crossrail Elizabeth line running under the hotel could be heard every 4 mins the breakfast was cold terrible nights sleep for the money we wont be staying again

The room was tiny, the bed even smaller! The duvet was too small for the duvet cover. The blind on the window the cord was tangled. The lights worked intermittently. The hotel was clean and tidy. But was very dissatisfied with the room was definitely not worth the high price paid. Although not the hotels fault, there are a lot of construction work right outside the hotel. The window of the room looked over the construction work, so it was very noisy and the flimsy blind did not block out the bright lights . So I would only give the room itself. One star at best!!
