Great Stay

Lovely hotel within walking distance to Hyde Park and other areas. Rooms are a little small but very well kept and soundproof. Staff is very friendly and helpful.I would definitely stay here again.

Last minute book for a layover. Convenient location to Paddington Station. Lovely, quaint hotel across from a park. Very walkable and easy to get to train and metro at Paddington Station.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully preserving its historic character while offering modern comforts. Unfortunately, there was a significant issue with the hot water: we had ice-cold showers on two days and only barely lukewarm water on the third. While the staff were apologetic, there did not seem to be a strong sense of urgency or concern about resolving the problem, which detracted from what would otherwise have been a very pleasant stay.

Great London visit. Enjoyed BBC Proms. Nice day trip to Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and bath. Hotel was great and great location close to Paddington station.

The location of this hotel was great, really easy to get to/from the tube stations. My room was very comfortable and perfect for what I needed. The staff was incredible, so helpful and kind. Enjoyed staying here and can definitely recommend to anyone else going to London.

Great location, 3min walk to Paddington, small property but very friendly and helpful staff. Upgraded us to a slightly larger room. Nothing extravagant in room but clean, floor creaked slightly. Overall great place to stay!

We booked a double standard room which was so tiny. No place to put luggage. The bathroom was so tiny, an acquaintance described it like a coffin! The hotel upgraded us to a bigger room ( at cost) but was so much better. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Hotel was a short walk to Hyde Park & Paddington Station, very convenient.
