Super friendly staff! 5-mins walk to or from the Paddington station; great location. They gave me a large spacious room on the main floor. The internet didn’t work.

The first evening there was no hot water in the shower, during the day they came to fix it but they didn't succeed and left behind an indescribable mess, so the second evening I didn't have hot water either. They said that he gives us a part of the l money back. Of course I left and they didn't make any refund. Highly not recommend.

Great location just a short walk from Paddington. Staff are friendly and helpful. Close to lots of eateries. Next door to Hyde Park for some great green space. Building is older of course but has everything you need and is neat and tidy. I stay for work quite often and it works perfectly for me as its good value accommodation.

Amazing location. The Wifi is spotty and never managed to get it fixed completely. Cleanliness is ok, I know Americans are used to spotless but it’s not that common in Europe. Shower pressure in the upper floors is low, and showered with cold water once. Service is good, but the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade. I think it’s worth staying there if your not picky about these things because the location is great.

The staff here were so friendly and nice! The downsides for me were that I did wake up a few times from hearing folks in other rooms, and I couldn't control the temperature in my room so I was a bit cold (and I'm Canadian!). However, I would stay here again because you can't beat the location and the value for money.
