I stayed here one night by myself and spent a wonderful time! The single room was clean. Welcome drinks (tea, coffee and hot chocolate) and a service drink (any alcohol you want) were awesome as well. All the stuffs were kind and told me how I enjoyed sightseeing in London. Ask them whenever you need help, and you must make stunning memories. Next time when I visit London, I definitely stay at this hotel!

Breakfast was well prepared, and the dining area was clean and welcoming. The staff were consistently kind and friendly, which made the stay very pleasant. The location is convenient, with many reasonably priced restaurants nearby and easy access to different parts of London. The surroundings were quiet, allowing for a comfortable rest. The facilities were appropriate for the price, and housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy throughout my stay. I would strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a comfortable, no-frills stay that offers a good base for exploring London rather than a luxury experience.

As others have said, the rooms are small, but they have everything you need and are very comfortable. The Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice and lots of it. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and most of all the hotel is in a perfect location. Only a few minutes from Paddington underground with easy access to everything via the Bakerloo line. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Good facilitets in a London perspective, small room and the bed was a little bit hard for 3 night but overall it was good. Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good with all you need for adult and a 10 year old and very happy people working there. 3 min walk to Paddington station.
