原本就可以理解房間會很小，所以不易外，而且行李箱還有空間打開，所以大小可接受。但是床很難睡，感覺得到中間有一條不平整的塌陷，睡得腰酸背痛 房間乾淨度也有待加強 我是住地下室，窗戶打開是別的房間走道，只要有人經過，聲音就像沒有隔間班清楚，還好我很好睡，不然很容易被吵醒

Good stay at stylish hotel and friendly staff

The hotel is so stylish, with good location, friendly and efficient staff. The WiFi is at fast speed. The hotel also provides variety choices for breakfast especially fruits. There are a no of restaurants around, near to Paddington station and bus stations.

Pros: 1. Very close to Paddington station, which is extremely convinence if you need to travel via Paddington station/ to the Heathrow airport. 2. Breakfast is included and good. 3. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Cons: 1. The hotel is not heavy baggage friendly, there is not step free access for the heavy baggage, even the staff are helpful which is he would help to carry the baggage down the stair from the hotel door, but there are some steps in the some floor between the lift and rooms.

It was my very first time visiting London. I booked three days at this location. Rooms are very clean. Staff are very friendly. And let’s not forget the ladies that cooked us breakfast every morning. Third time at this hotel. Rooms differ a bit in quality and are small but for the price it is excellent value. However I see the price has risen considerably in July so I will have to find somewhere else perhaps. Excellent breakfast and service in the morning. Bonus is a free drink in the bar across the road.

To be honest, I was disappointed with the value of my stay. The staff was EXCELLENT and there were no cleanliness issues, but here are my main complaints: A/C system didn't work, the lights in the ceiling were burnt out, the water in the shower went boiling hot to freezing cold without warning, the bed was surprisingly uncomfortable, and the doorknob was loose. I think I paid $250 for the room, so I was surprised by its condition, and was pleased to have only stayed one night. Lovely location and staff and the building itself is cool, but I do not feel I got good value for my money.

Great staff at reception, easy checking in and out. Housekeeping was always thorough on the 7 nights that I stayed. The breakfast has a terrific assortment, nice cold meats and cheese, variety of cereals and the hot bar was always kept fresh and stock. The room was tiny, but I expected that. I had no idea. They could have a shower, toilet and sink in such a small space. The shower feels like a phone booth. Room was clean, but in bad condition, with Russ and rotted wood on the bathroom door exposed acoustics were not good and check in took a while because they were understaffed and they had perishable deliveries stacked up in front of the check-in desk. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The room and the facilities were utilitarian rather than luxurious. But the staff was very friendly, the room clean, the location was great, you had the free breakfasts when you wanted it and there is plenty to see and do within walking distance.

Room above the bar was a bit noisy to try and sleep. The pull out bed in living room was not comfortable, mattress was extremely hard. The bathroom was very small too. Great breakfast in the mornings, staff were friendly and helpful. Nice lounge area with complimentary coffee,tea, and water. Luggage storage available, which was handy. Beautiful area to walk and close to Paddington Station.
