"This is the loveliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Period. It embraces old world England yet offers all the modern amenities. It feels, tastes and embraces all things British which I loved. Yes, it’s very expensive but, in this case, I felt it was worth it. "

"Expedia messed us up by booking us in a king size room when they should not have. The concierge was very accommodating and gave us a handicapped room with a king bed. They helped us on so many occasions to find directions. One lady even came to the room and showed me how to work the hair dryer. Enjoyed everything except I hate duvets. "
"I enjoyed my visit to this property. It was convenient to Victoria Station and BP, staff was friendly and professional, my room was clean and quiet. They also allowed me to check-in to my room early, which was appreciated since I had no sleep on a long-haul flight. Thank you so muchy. "
"This property was in a great location! It was walking distance to the Buckingham palace and the front desk even held our bags when we arrived early for check in with no extra charge. The breakfast was an extra charge but very delicious. We also enjoyed the soak restaurant attached to the hotel. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay very much."
