The staff was so helpful and gave me a good tip on how to arrange travel to Heathrow via Uber. It was my first time in London and this place was perfect. I even walked to Big Ben and the London Eye from the hotel, a 15 minute walk.

I have stayed at this hotel before. It is very convenient to Victoria station. The rooms are small but comfortable and it is fairly priced. Common area, breakfast and bar are also very nice.
