Very nice hotel with helpful and congenial staff. The only reason for the four star review was the lack of temperature control in the bedroom made it very difficult to sleep.

I stayed here for 5 nights. The staff once I arrived were helpful and the location is perfect ! So close to Paddington station and as a result able to access London very easily. Only negative is despite multiple attempts to contact them prior to my reservation they did not respond to emails or Expedia messages. Also I was there during the London heatwave and there is no AC.

The hotel was small but lovely and I liked the boutique feel of it. Unfortunately it is on a busy road and was very noisy at night which included a group of men playing football in the road at 1:30am!!! Then there were lorry deliveries etc. but on the whole a lovely hotel.

The hotel room was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. Lovely comfy bed. The room was a good size and everything was spotless. Our only issue was that the window barely opened and we stayed in warm weather. The room was boiling and we needed the fan on day and night
