Excellent hotel in great location next to Tower Hill Underground, with views of the Tower of London and London Bridge. Very friendly staff, nice room with a great view and an excellent breakfast. We will certainly stay here again.

I appreciated the close proximity to major sites and restaurants as well as public transportation, The Concierge and staff was very professional, informative, and friendly. The indoor pool unfortuantely was not available to families with children under 18 when we wanted to use it. The age limit should be 12, not 18. The room was slightly small, bed & pillows were not comfortable, and the bathroom needed some upgrading. I expected a more comfortable room experience considering the price we paid.

The receptionist upon arrival was indifferent to our request to possibly check in early. We arrived at 9am after a red-eye flight from the US and asked if it would be possible to check in early since we were exhausted. She said the room would not be ready until 3pm. I asked if we could give her our phone number so she could maybe give us a call should the room be ready early. She refused. I’m a Marriott Titanium Elite member; I know how hotels work. All rooms are not cleaned at the same time; they become ready at different time intervals as the cleaning staff makes there rounds. The receptionist’s refusal to even consider our request set the tone for the visit and was a horrible first impression. We spent $1870 US ($1400 British Pounds) for three nights. Additionally, the air conditioning was horrible and therefore the room was too warm. The door lock on the door would make random clicking noises through the night that would wake us up unless we had a sound machine going for background noise. I mentioned these problems upon checkout with no impact other than a sorry. I’m tired of companies happy to make money, and sometimes overcharge, but take no accountability for poor performance. She should have offered a bit of a refund for our troubles. That being said, the location is convenient, but that’s it. I’m givibg service 3-stars because the maid service was good every day. We won’t be back. I’ll stick with Marriott.

My family loved the breakfast at the hotel. The staff was welcoming. Thank for stuff to pack breakfast on the go for us we had tour booked early but they went extra step and had breakfast packed for us at 5 am.

Excelente ubicación, inmejorable; el personal siempre muy atento y servicial; el hotel es algo antiguo pero muy bonito y cómodo, con cierto lujo y muchas comodidades. Tiene una estación del metro enseguida, está en el corazón turístico; cerca de Tower Bridge, Tower of London; hay farmacias y tiendas muy cerca. Todo excelente, y Luke nos atendió fenomenal.
