Très bel hôtel à Londres, à 2 minutes de marche de Paddington Station et de Hyde Park. Situé sur une rue privée très paisible. Tout était parfait, mais la salle de bain est un peu désuète et le resto/bar est très acceuillant mais un peu petit.

Beautiful room with high ceilings and a nice balcony for enjoying the street sights. The concierge upgraded us to one of their nicest rooms and we were highly impressed with the gesture. Bathroom was really clean. The only negative with all of these older hotels is the carpeting. It seems virtually impossible to keep it looking clean (hence why I always choose to travel with my own slippers in case none are provided). But the history and beauty of these historic buildings makes that part tolerable. We’d choose this all day over a modern building with straight lines and zero personality. We would absolutely stay at this property in the future.

The staff was kind although there was often a wait for assistance in the small lobby. Something to note- the rooms have older carpet on the floor and this hotel, although in a good location close to Piccadilly station, needs a bit of updating. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning did work well. Our room window on the 4th floor was very tiny and did not add much natural light to the room( you could not really see out because it was higher) and when we asked to be moved, we were told nothing was available. The hotel cost was quite high and the value for the property was not really there for us.

The Roseate staff were incredibly accommodating and kind where there were issues with my last minute booking through Expedia. The hotel is very conveniently located near Paddington station, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again thanks to the great service.
