“It’s an awful experience to stay. The isolation fan in the toilet didn’t work. We asked the staff to fix but they said nothing could be done at the weekend. On Monday, still no one came to fix it. The walls were so thin that we could hear water running in the pipes and the sewage, even the air conditioner was making some sound of water dripping. There’re always flies in the room even you drove them out. They kept coming in. There must be a ‘fly door’ somewhere. One night at 5 am, the smoke……

“Location was excellent, just 1-2mins walk from the station.
It was newly renovated with a lift which we could handle our luggage with ease.
We had a privilege to enjoy the city vibe from our room all night long, starting from midnight with crowds chatting and shouting, till dawn with workers cleaning the road and clearing trash. You could just hear everything outside by staying in your bed, which woke us up from time to time. Wouldn’t be my first choice if I wanted to have a nice sleep to……

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……
