Everyone was so helpful. Great stay.. only dealt with the construction noise on departure morning. The rest of the visit was peaceful.. thank you central park staff, you guys are amazing including the bar and security staff. Ps this location is prime for all you'll like to do and explore.

The Hotel was clean and good location. The Renovation is making noise and the Lift is only 1 for the hotel. It makes the guests wait for longtime. The TV system is not stable and my friend can not use any Youtube or other apps by his TV during our stays ( 5 nights )

Pros: clean hotel with excellent location. Cons: the entire hotel is under construction, meaning you will have scaffolds outside your window and you'll hear construction work starting around 8am. Also, if you have dietary restrictions, the breakfast is not great.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel.The staff were very helpful and friendly and everything we needed was available.The breakfast was brilliant and everything you would need.The only small downside was our shower only had cold water but that's really much it!!
