“Very simple hotel room, very the most refurnished one. No extra door lock from inside, and busy traffic from the window for the whole night. ”

“The breakfast was lovely but not free. The hotel was very clean and fresh. We enjoyed the bar but on our last day there wasn’t any breakfast tea or peppermint tea. I asked the bar staff if they could source teabags from anywhere else in the hotel, they managed to get a breakfast teabag and charged the same as loose tea. I asked at reception for a peppermint teabag, they promised to get one but it never appeared. Very disappointing after a lovely stay.”

“I couldn’t find the tub remote in the room, and there was a wet purple stain on the desk. Other things were totally acceptable.”

“A nice hotel at a very convenient location in London near Hammersmith! Honestly, you cannot ask for a better location and the room was nicely furnished. The fridge was really important too! there are somethings to improve, such as more hangers in the bathroom and a little this and that in terms of fine-tunings. But overall it's a good place to go if you want a budget hotel in zone 2 London.”
