We made reservations online and then called to confirm the room was available. We arrived and were told there was a “glitch in the system” that was allowing it to sell rooms that were not available. Do not stay here they were very rude on top of it all.

I requested x 2 adjoining rooms. Messaged hotel also. Did not receive. Room was small, over hot and stuffy. A/c didn’t work at all. No window you could open. Used a spare fan left in hallway which made me nearly bearable. Bathroom stank of a sewerage smell- utterly horrid. Very disappointing for price paid. The entrance and lobby looks fine and smells gorgeous. But beyond that it’s a 2 star. Housekeeping took my new Halloween Chemise too (super annoyed). Room was not clean either. Mattress very firm with just a thin protector and as 2 singles joined together an obvious “ dip” in the middle. Oof. I won’t return- there are far better hotels out there.

La habitación estaba limpia y parecía estar todo bien, sin embargo, uno de los días de estancia no hicieron la habitación ni cambiaron toallas, lo que demeritó considerablemente la opinión que se tenía de este hotel La ubicación es bastante cómoda
