“We cannot express how pleased we were with our entire experience staying at The Hayden! We arrived around 8 am and were able to store our luggage until check in - when we came back, our bags had already been brought up to the room and we were offered complimentary welcome beverages! Luigi greeted us upon arrival and could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean, adorably decorated, have big bathrooms, and a must for us - EXCELLENT air conditioning! “This is my third times in a raw to stay in this hotel. The good location, larger area inside the room, well facilitated small kitchen and free-to-access laundry are the primary justifications for me to choose this hotel again this time. Somehow the service qualities dropped significantly during this 7-day stay. We arrived the hotel by 14:20 but the receptionist rejected our request on early check-in. Neither do we can complete check-in process first and to leave our luggage there, to collect……

“Unbelivably small, and low roof ceiling. I booked it for my friend and his son. They were shocked my utterly small room that cannot even lay down one luggage, then they requested to change a room. The staff charged them ￡50 or more(forgot the exact amount) per night, to change another small room that at least can extent a luggage. I did not know the extra charging fee when they left back. Shame. DO NOT recommend this hotel. ”

“This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again.”

“The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. ”
