“No staff on arrival. Had to call the organisation to get the door codes. The door code for our room didnt work. However, somebody walked up in front us to our room, and helped us gain entry. I presume he was an employee, however he didnt introduce himself. They also sent an email with confirmation of the codes the following day! Once inside the room we noticed that there was a kettle, 1 mug and no milk, tea or coffee. No one to talk to so we had to get our own. The shower looked newish, however,……
