「Location is good, many shops nearby like Primark, Boots and supermarkets, but 10 mins walk from tube. Room condition is average, no slippers provided.」

「Very nice hotel. Very clean. Well appointed rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, nice bar, nice area with good restaurants.」

「We only stopped for one night but we were very pleased with our stay. We arrived very very early with 6 pieces of luggage and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was perfect, the staff was friendly. The hotel was less than a block from the tube station. There were some basic sundries available at the front desk. Very close to many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend!」

「地點方便」

「The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!」

「The location is good but the price is not as bargain as expected. Cleaning up requires registering at reception instead of hanging the sign provided. Air conditioning turned off automatically every night. I had to get up to turn on again. Water and the drain are slow.」

「The shower facility water pipe outflow was not through. Water was spread out of the tank after shower. Others are satisfied. 」

「As schedule changed,we want to change the last checkout date and switch to another date, but they don’t agree」

「Good hotel」

「This is my third times in a raw to stay in this hotel. The good location, larger area inside the room, well facilitated small kitchen and free-to-access laundry are the primary justifications for me to choose this hotel again this time. Somehow the service qualities dropped significantly during this 7-day stay. We arrived the hotel by 14:20 but the receptionist rejected our request on early check-in. Neither do we can complete check-in process first and to leave our luggage there, to collect...

「Beautiful location and property. Quite lovely amenities and an extremely kind and helpful staff.」

「Decent pub / hotel with comfortable rooms and pleasant and helpful staff. Would happily stay here again. Easy to travel on the District line and/or cycle from central london.」

「Very close to tube station. We had to be moved from the first room as the sofa bed was unusable. Second room was larger and the sofa bed was ok. Wouldn’t want the girls to have slept on if to more than a night or so.. the shower was’t the best but did the job for one shower. Pub was lovely with a great range of beers and the food was excellent. Staff were really helpful.and friendly.」
