「the property had been closed and renovated and recently reopened. we liked its freshness and decor and its amenities. the water and milk supplied in the room's mini fridge were a very nice touch. it is so close to the Westfield mall and Shepherds Bush underground.」

「The room and property were petite but beautiful. The staff are absolutely fantastic and made our stay. We loved our washroom/shower facilities, the included breakfast was tasty and abundant, and the AC in the room was great.
We would certainly stay again. We only wished our room would be services earlier in the day- as often it wasn't completed until 3:30-4pm.」
