“Easy access. Good view. Clean and comfy.”

“The room was ok; fairly no frills. Clean which is the main thing. The back of the hotel (by the rear car park) needs a lick of paint or (better) a facelift - it prompted deep concern as to what it would be like inside, given how drab it looks from the outside. To our surprise, actually ok once at reception and in to the room. Restaurant was fine, service was fine. Would stay there again if I have an early flight from Heathrow and am looking for a cheaper option.”

“The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. ”

“It is a great concept, clean and aesthetically pleasing but clearly a designers vision. The lounge area had a large seating area, but under the TV making it impossible to just comfortably watch something. Kitchenette was well equipped but a Micro/grill/oven combo is no good if the control knob falls of in your hand. In my case possibly a blessing as only being 5’3 I literally would have had to stretch to remove hot food; not that there was any instructions on how to use it! Having told reception……
