The rooms remind me of a module with very utilitarian use of space - it was not what I was expecting but it worked and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. I enjoyed all of the different community spaces. The views from the rooftop bar were spectacular.

Great modern hotel, comfy room and bed, cleqning service. Excellent customer service and staffing. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and sightseen. Great rooftop with an amazing view to the City, music “DJ” and excellent cocktails and appetizers. Tower Hill metro station right in the corner. I will definitely stay in this hotel.

I chose this hotel because I used to live in this neighborhood. The area is safe and convenient with tower hill station just steps away from the hotel entrance. It’s also just a short walk away from the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. The property itself was incredible. Room controls right from your phone through the CitizenM app! It was amazing! Will definitely be staying here again!

For 1 or 2 people this room was perfect. Although the tablet which ran everything was causing problems, everything else was great. The elevators were a bit slow. The availability to a snack bar and cafe in the hotel were wonderful.

Wonderful location right at the Tube and Tower of London, central for walking the city and tourist destinations. Great staff, nice lounge area with outdoor space. Cons: Room was comfortable though very stuffy! Window does not open and fan was minimal. Little to no privacy between from bathroom into sleeping area.
