The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting the Natural History Museum, the V & A and the Science Museum. There are plenty of options for dining out nearby. Harrods and other upmarket shops are just a short walk away. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Veggie hot breakfast options were only available on request. The hotel was comfortable but rather dated. The temperature in our room was difficult to control.

Excellent location, great breakfast and the lounge areas was comfortable and quite and allowed for settling in each evening after a lot f time on our feet. Cannot beat the location as near shopping, museums, and parks

Great hotel, good location, nice breakfast. The gym and pool are additional prices per day, which isn't obvious until you dig around their site. The pool hours are very limited, and if you buy day passes and can't/don't use them, they don't give any refunds. Overall the stay was nice, but hidden fees and no refunds are exhausting.
