“As schedule changed,we want to change the last checkout date and switch to another date, but they don’t agree”

“Good”

“Staff are extremely helpful and courteous. A pleasant experience!”

“The hotel is between 2 underground stations, within 10 mins easy walk to both. Location is easy to get to the LHR airport and most of the landmarks by taking underground. Even the hotel rooms are small but in good and comfort condition. Staffs are very helpful and welcoming. Supermarkets nearby, the closest one literally just near door, which is a big one with Starbucks, so is very convenience. Hotel restaurant is good, and there are also many around. I am happy about my stay and would like to……

“Staff needs to learn how to smile n be helpful.”
