“在我們於倫敦旅遊的日子，共住了12天 接待處職員Helen 友善和藹可親， 雖然生日未能夠升等，但是也送來生日卡給小點心。謝謝她的關顧！ 酒店的優點，距離地鐵站很近，行兩三分鐘就到，位置非常方便。 需要改善的地方，住了12天 ，早餐一點也沒有改變，後期已經不想下去食早餐了！ 有時還需要排隊等位置。 **房間 清潔 馬虎 1，留下清潔布在洗手間盤上 2，把枕頭套留在桌上 3，沒有更換及清潔水杯 4，沒有加添茶包及咖啡 5，沒有添上浴巾，打電話落台前冇人接聽 要親自落去才找到人 6， 酒店告知是每天更換床單 告訴前台隔天更換便可，但是經常沒有 更換，這點令人很失望！ 7， 前台電話 永遠沒有人接聽！住了12天嘗 試過三四次 想致電前台。但是也沒有人 接聽電話？！ 總括來說，這也是一間方便的酒店 希望能夠改善一些 小問題 令到住客 住得更方便舒適。”
