「We took our daughter and grand-daughter to London for Easter week and had a wonderful time. The flat was perfect for our needs, only a short walk to the South Kensington station and lots of good dining places. Gabriele could not have been more helpful, with easy checkin, lots of constructive advice and timely help. Will definitely stay there again.」

「The apartment is quite far to tube station, and all the facilities are broke, we were taking a cold shower there, and the heater was not working either. Strongly not recommend this hotel as not worth every penny!!」

「Upgraded to a two room apartment with two bathrooms and well furnished kitchen on third floor. The heater and guest bathroom had problems the first night of our stay. The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up! 」

「我订的是2800的房间因为和女朋友去想住好一点，大堂有东南亚海滩的风格。房间比图片看起来小太多，装潢只能说有点特色但是并不奢华也没有说上档次。洗澡水温不是很稳定。早餐什么的都另外收费而且一般。2800RMB在hotel上完全可以找到更好的房间，所以我不推荐这个酒店。」

「No lift, have to walk up the narrow stairs and the kitchen has only running water. The kettle looks nice, yet it can use still. Fortunately, staffs are nice.」
