“Room was very clean. Good supply of spotless white towels. Complimentary water in the room is a nice touch too. We had a great view from the 12th floor and despite staying on a Saturday, it was very quiet and we did not hear a thing so our sleep was undisturbed. The hotel is in an excellent location and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We had a slight issue at check-in because the hotel has a new IT system and if I hadn’t been extra vigilant I could have paid……

“We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available.
And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.”

“太棒的住宿體驗！飯店新穎、設計風格絕佳。如果是要在倫敦旅遊2日以上的人一定要選這家，方便洗烘衣物、提供的餐點內容也很豐富，我們自己做了晚餐、早餐，在高物價的倫敦，有飯店提供這些自助的設備資源是很重要的事。（唯一能改善的是能改用木鏟炒菜會更好，平底鍋都刮傷了XD）”
