we booked one family room for 4 but family room was not available. we got free upgraded to two double bed rooms and free breakfast. we accepts them arrangement and the located is closed to tube station.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is tasty and lots of choice and even we can pick items from the menu without paying extra. It is vert closed to the Gloucester Road Station and you feel safe even you return late at night. Will stay again if I come to London next time.

Staff was friendly but did not explain clearly how to ensure all lights would be in use (there is a key cards port that must be used). The room itself was acceptable, but in disrepair. The shades were not functional and half falling off. The shower doors were not functional and finishes need to be updated. The area around the hotel is the best part of the hotel. Walkable, near tourist sites, but also easy access to bus and tube lines to get you anywhere else in the city, including direct line for LHR.

Small dingy room - A/C was noisy but had to use as room was hot. Hall areas behind the flashy front areas need both a good clean and some maintenance Would not use again. I forgot how bad and expensive London hotels are compared to Asia and Europe.

Not the usual standard ofna Raddison prob due to the age of the building but did the job and was super convenient for our show at the Royal Albert Hall. Staff were friendly and breakfast great. Room a little tired and basic for the price. Also struggled to get the temperature right. Overall it was ok.

Gute Lage an District-, Circle- und Picadilly-Line der Tube und zu den umliegenden Museen. Pubs, Supermärkte und diverse Fastfoods in unmittelbarer Umgebung (Gloucester Road Station). Eigentümlicher, altmodisch anmutender Hotelgrundriss, entsprechender Charme, auch die Zimmereinrichtung (mir sympatisch). Klimaanlage vorhanden, aber laut (Ende September/Anfang Oktober konnte ich nachts auf sie verzichten, d.h. sie abschalten). Im Zimmer zur Straße Verkehrsgeräusche, nur bei geschlossenem Fenster erträglich. Preis-Leistung schien mir fair im Vergleich, reichhaltiges Frühstück für allerdings 18£. Einzelzimmer mit bequemen, breitem Bett, Kühlschränkchen, Kaffee und Tee, Tresor, Bügelbrett im beleuchteten Kleiderschrank.

The hotel looks nice from the outside. The reception area is poorly laid out and it isn’t clear where to go. Staff weren’t friendly or welcoming. The hotel is a maze of stairways with no clear signage. My room smelt of drains and was tired and dirty. There was no remote for the tv. I had to ask twice for one to be provided. For what I paid for this room and with the brand I expected better. It is handy for the tube. That is about it.

Lift is very small and slow. There was renovation going on which made it hard to move around the very narrow hallways from lift to room. It's not very clean for the star rating of this hotel (might be due to the renovation going on but still should have been a bit cleaner) as there were garbage along hallways (from the staff themselves). Front staff were not very friendly (very stuck up for whatever reason), however, other staff members such as housekeeping, maintenance, etc were very nice and helpful. Would not stay here again and would not recommend.
