    beaucoup de manque : un service de bagagerie qui n'est pas adapté à la taille de l'hôtel, vs vs retrouvez a l'arrivée comme au départ avec vos bagages à trimballer !!!! un petit déjeuner médiocre: croissant exécrable, une seule machine à café donc perte de temps, beurre sorti du frigo devenant rapidement de l'huile (il est simple de le disposer ds un bol avec glaçons). chambre réduite à son plus strict minimum: pas de sac ds les corbeilles par ex, mousse pr se laver les mains et carte pour rentrer la nuit ne fonctionne pas et nobody à l'accueil , heureusement un client nous a vu, ns avons pu rentrer dormir à chaque retour le soir à 23h (pourtant pas tard). on a parfois l'impression de déranger.. bref ni à faire ni à refaire....

    Clean but basic. Add on Breakfast good. Reception required a Travelodge confirmation number which didn’t match any Expedia references. They requested we call Expedia to obtain it but still nothing agreed. The room rate receipt bore no resemblance to what we paid Expedia.

    Exactly what I wanted. Staff were great, especially the desk staff Nesh. Room was comfy and near a couple of pubs and restaurants. Will book again.

    직원분들이 굉장히 친절하셨고 조식도 매일 똑같긴 했지만 맛있었습니다! 방이 넓지는 않았지만 깔끔했습니다. 드라이기는 직접 가지러 가야 받을 수 있었던 것은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 런던에 다시 가면 재방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다!

    Umbuchung in ein altes Travelodge, da überfüllt

    Nachdem ich nach einem langen Tag im Hotel ankam, hieß es dass es kein freies Zimmer mehr gibt. Ich wurde dann umgebucht und bin in einem alten Travelodge gelandet. Das Hoteö war abgenutzt und ranzig. Heißt für mich, ich buche nie wieder ein Travelodge Hotel wenn mir nicht zugesichert wird dass ich auch in dem bleibe, welches ich gebucht habe! Das hatte nämlich relativ gute Bewertungen !

    This hotel is basic but covers all the bases. Clean, relatively comfortable and good service. Seems to rumble a little from trains passing nearby some times though. I would go back again.

    Quick 2 night stay

    Needed a place near Clerkenwell so this was perfect. 10 min walk to kings cross or 15 to Farringdon. Street not too busy. Handy bus right outside.

    Overall very good value, but the public transport in the area is not so good. You have to walk for quite a bit to get to the tube or bus. Nice breakfast. However, what it comes to the internet, you have to pay for it and you have to reconnect all the time, which was a bit annoying.

    All was good. Except had no TV for full 4 day stay. Was told problem with whole building. Therefore all rooms had weak or no signal as in my case. Told there was nothing to be done till reported to provider. Note spoke to 3 members of staff about this problem. Disappointed..as wanted to catch some of the tennis. And wanted to unwind at the end of the day. It came back on the last morning when I had to check out.

    Great value - close to British Museum.

    This hotel is what we were looking for. We didn't want to spend a lot burly we still wanted to be close to the British Museum which was about a ten minute walk for us. The room was very basic. Hair dryer, tea kettle and a tv. The room is small but we spent most of our time out on the town so we didn't need anything too luxurious. The staff were very very helpful and the breaksfast included was excellent. Also the bar/cafe looks like it was just renovated and it was very nice, modern and open 24 hours. If you are looking for a basic room with great service close to the British Museum, this is excellent value for your money.

    New reno really nice! Clean and spacious!

    What a nice surprise to check into a newly renoed,clean, very spacious room at this hotel. Staff was super friendly. Loved the new bar area for our nightcaps. Breaky was excellent too. Good location. Close to trains, buses and walking to rest and pubs. Would stay here again in a minute! So nice to have such space, a rarity in many zone 1 hotels in London.
