Resident Kensington is in a lovely section of South Kensington in London, just a block away from the Earl’s Court Tube station. Our “Superior”room was spacious with a small kitchenette equipped with china, wine glasses and a small refrigerator. The property is well maintained and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

The staffs were very attentative. Everything here was a notch above other hotels we stayed at before. We stayed in London during the mass transit strike, so getting around was quite difficult. The hotel worked with a private transportation company to make sure we have a car that can fit 6 of us, and all of our luggage. Thanks to their work, we arrived at Heathrow airport with plenty of time to spare.

I can't say enough about this property. The location is excellent (very close to the underground, restaurants, parks, etc) beautiful quiet neighbourhood, easy walk to hyde park/kensington gardens among many other places. The staff were excellent, helpful and so nice. Room was perfect for me (solo traveller), loved the kitchenette, warm comfortable bed and excellent bathroom and cleanliness - (if more than 1 person I suggest do not go with a single room).

The hotel was convenient to the Earl's Court Underground station and there were quite a few excellent restaurants withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room, although small compared to US hotels, was quiet, neat and clean, had a closet with shelves and a safe. The bathroom was also neat and clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. The only issue was the drier function of the towel rack/drier didn't work. The staff was eager to fix it, but we just weren't around during the day to get it done.
