讚好：整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
The room was a bit cramped, and the bathroom was also rather small; it needed some maintenance and a fresh coat of paint on one wall, which was quite scuffed. The air conditioning was central, so if you got cold, you had to sleep bundled up. I was assigned a room with an adjoining door, meaning I could hear everything happening in the next room, but the location was excellent and the price matched what was offered; I’d give it a rating of 7.5.

Basic room and property. Good location, and clean. Air condition worked relatively well in the heatwave. But the hotel is a bit dated and could need upgrading up a bit on the worn-out furniture.

I had surgery nearby and the hotel were extremely helpful and kind, they arranged an early check in and helped me to my room. They were attentive, checked I could see everything I needed, and helped me connect to wifi. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable and the aircon was very effective. The hotel is quiet. It’s a perfect place for staying if you’re having medical treatment nearby.

Unfortunately I'm still waiting for a refund for breakfast paid for that i didn't have. Had spoken to night porter, reception on checkout, the hotel owner on four separate occasions and still haven't received the refund after receiving reasons ranging from Card machine not present, needed my 3 digit security code to needing to ask colleague to arrange the refund. Accommodation was fine and had this property saved for future Loddon visits but i don't accept dishonesty irrelevant of how small the amount involved. My stay was the beginning of June so the hotel had enough time to apply the refund before i provided today's feedback.
