Ideal location to train station and tube. Baker Street and area is close with a great vibe. Felt safe. Towels, bedding, supplies were all very clean. Great for a few days and good price.

El estudio está super bien situado: las estaciones de Baker street y Marylebone están a 5 minutos andando y conectan con todo. Hay un montón de bares y restaurantes y se ve seguro. Es lo único bueno que tiene: el colchón necesita un cambio urgente de lo blando que está, el "sofá" es una madera tapizada llena de manchas que no sirve para dormir, no hay cafetera, necesita un mantenimiento urgente. Mejor buscar alternativa en esa zona

Great location, lovely small apartment. Perfect for a couple for an overnight stay in central London. 5 minute walk to Baker street tube station. Communication from the owner was excellent, kept checking we had all the details to check in ok. Will definitely return.

We stayed for one night, to be close to Regents Park open air theatre. Location good. We visited on hottest day of the year and room was sweltering. We were provided with a fan but it simply wasn’t enough for a comfortable stay. We slept with fan on and windows open. It was noisy and hot all night so we really didn’t sleep well. Sofa bed felt hard & bedding could do with freshening up.

Dåligt! Man bokar ett rum för två personer och när man kommer så är det en säng på 90cm och den andra personen ska få sova på golvet på en madrass. Ingen hjälp när man kontaktade personalen. Orent och ingen AC!

Great accommodation in amazing location. All information for self check on was provided on a timely manner. My only suggestion is they should provide tea, coffee, and sugar as courtesy, since the kettle and mugs are already there. Other than that the studio has everything you need and there's a grocery shop very close by.

Room and bathroom was clean. Towels provided and great instructions that made the entry and exit easy. TV didn’t connect to internet for some reason, but confident if I had mentioned it, it would have been sorted. I was only there one night so wasn’t bothered. Could do with a few more bits, spoons, tea towels, etc. All in all a good place to stay.

Pluses: Location was good on a fairly quiet street. Utilities all fine. Big fan in the room, and windows could open, which were both plus points on the hottest week of the year. Size is ok, but only for one person. However the room was a bit tired and unattractive (overlarge ugly bin in the middle of the room, leftover items on worktops, sink with a gaping plughole, odd bottles in shower) and the pillows seemed to be made of old cotton wool balls. The security handle/door thing was very irritating on first arrival, quite unforgiving, but it seemed to work after that. Overall, not bad for London, but a bit of TLC is required.

While my family and I were sitting inside the apartment, very large pieces of glass fell from above and narrowly missed us. It was a very frightening experience. My son, who has special needs, is still scared by what happened, and my one-year-old daughter was also extremely frightened. What made the situation even more concerning was that I could see more large pieces of glass hanging loose above us, which appeared at risk of falling. I reported the incident, but I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. We stayed during very hot weather, and my daughter was unwell. I requested a fan and was told one would be provided, but it never arrived.

Très déçue par ce logement, en raison de sa mauvaise isolation. Les températures étant élevées à Londres pendant mon séjour, l'absence de climatisation a rendu les conditions très inconfortables. Il faisait plus chaud à l'intérieur de l'appartement qu'à l'extérieur, notamment dans la salle de bain, ce qui rendait difficile le fait de s'y préparer. De plus, le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a été particulièrement contraignant en période de fortes chaleurs, puisqu'il était impossible de conserver de l'eau ou des aliments au frais.
