"A bit small but confortable"

"Really average rooms. Communal areas looked cool. Rooms were a let down."

"I needed a London hotel room that was available for two nights, affordable, comfortable, in reasonable walking distance of London sites I wanted to see, easy to get morning coffee and breakfast from, and a very close walking distance from Euston Station (so that I could easily catch a train from there after checking out). Four Points Flex met all of these expectations admirably. My room was very compact, but laid out in such an intelligently efficient way that I could not only sleep and shower comfortably in it, but I could stow my luggage (in a compartment under my bed) and do hours of serious work on my laptop (by using the breakfast-in-bed board provided in the room as a solid lap desk for my laptop and its mouse, fitting very comfortably on my lap with its cushioned underside, and with the bed itself turning into a quite comfortable work chair. The staff were uniformly friendly and quick to meet requests. The room itself and its surrounding in the hotel were scrupulously clean and well-kept. All in all, an excellent and affordable work and rest base for a traveler on a job-related trip."

"Cheap"

"I love staying here, the staff are lovely and the hotel is beautifully clean. The downside is there is no lift but there are ground floor options if requested. Very central to all areas of London and transport options. They have their own restaurant nearby but there are also many other options to eat within yards of the hotel"

"Great rooms. Can be a little noisy. Pool is a public fitness center. Good pool but have to carry all the amenities to the fitness center such as towel, soap etc. Good addition to enable fitness facility. "

"All good but a suggestion for the breakfast. Perhaps a little more of the continental option would be nice. Cold meat & cheese with bread rolls perhaps? Otherwise all very good."

"What an amazing and beautiful location. Do yourself a favor and spend the money to stay here at least once. You will not regret it. All of the amenities are wonderful, the staff is impeccable, and the property is beyond gorgeous. I splurged for my 60th birthday and did not regret a minute of it. "
