“Great apartment and location. Super convenient and close to everything.”

“Good stay in a nice clean and compact room perfect for a solo traveller. A few minor annoyances/inconveniences in the room, such as lack of towel racks, the placement of the toilet roll holder, and the strength of the tap (too much, so water splashed everywhere). Lounge area at this hub is smaller than other locations I've stayed at -- so not as many seating choices. But overall happy with my stay.”

“You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they……
