「I had a big luggage when I checked in and the staff saw it and helped me to lower the floor I was supposed to stay. Otherwise, I had to carry my luggage to third floor. I booked a single room, the room is tiny but had everything in it. It’s very comfortable and suitable for people who travel single. The location is perfect and the service is perfect. I don’t have a reason to not recommend this hotel to whom is traveling to London. 」

「We had a pleasant stay during our layover. The room does not seem as small as I expected, but it is a fully equipped one. The staff provided a pleasnt and welcoming environment with were friendly and polite, making the experience even better. The location is close to King's Cross Station, which is a great choice for travellers needing an train-adjacent option.」

「Good: Room is quiet, metro is 6 min away, Eurostar station is just 12 min away, bed is comfortable, housekeeping is good, service at concierge is good, we borrowed umbrella from them, room is clean Bad: Cannot think of any」

"You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they check us into is not clean and ended up staining the kid’s short and the food is very slow to come… so other than the location there is not much to like about this hotel… "
