「Excellent accommodation, very good food with helpful, friendly staff.」

「Amazing place to stay - rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. Food was delicious, best hotel breakfast. Staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome - great place.」

「Lovely modern hotel. Fresh milk provided in the fridge and excellent choice at breakfast. Will stay again when in the area.」

「I bought hotel.com gift card, but Shrad Riverside did not accept. Unfortunately Shrad charged my credit card which I don't really agree.」

「Great news overnight stay. Staff were really helpful. Room was lovely and the bed was very comfy. Food in the pub was good too. A very enjoyable stay. Would stay again if in the area.」

「The internet connection is unstable. Other than that, it’s great place to stay. Friendly and competent staff. Clean room. Great bar. The hotel is within talking distance to the Lancaster train station (ca. 13-15 min) and local bus stops (ca. 5 min.)」
