“Tired, dirty and cramped. Online check in pointless, you still have to join the massive queue. Half the 'attractions' of the hotel shut. No ironing board or iron in room, you have to pay DESPITE THIS BEING ADVERTISED AS COMING WITH THE ROOM. Bed was acceptable... A bit lumpy and some questionable hairs. Room was tired, drawers broken, window handle broken, bathroom was dirty and stunk of drains whenever you used the sink. Blood stains on the wall, suspicious stains on the chair at the end of……

“We stayed for 2 nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel doesn't have a car park but the young lady on reception told us what to do, she let us leave our bags in reception and gave us directions to the local cricket club just around the corner ( 2 min walk) there is an honesty box at the cricket club for the parking fee. The breakfast was lovely, there is a wide range of choices from hot or cold. We would strongly recommend staying at this hotel and we will definitely be……

We dined in the attached restaurant both nights and the food, and service, was very good. We arrived by bicycle and safe storage was provided. All in all great value for money and highly recommended.”
