Pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews, its more of seafront b & b, then a modern style hotel. Our room & bathroom were on the small side but we didnt mind it as we only staying one night.room was spotless, bedding & towels clean. Enjoyable breakfast & the staff were very friendly
Very affordable and beautiful location. Easy to get to and close to all the amenities. Would stay here again.

Staff were lovely and changed my room when TV wasn’t working in original one. Bedroom basic but clean. Bathroom a little tatty- handle on toilet loose, towel rail down, hot tap didn’t work on sink, shower door awkward to close. However- it’s cheap and you get what you pay for, so for a budget stay it does the job.

Very welcoming in an adequate hotel.
With limited mobility, the stairs presented a challenge and the lighting in the en suite was very inadequate.
Th breakfast was a pleasant surprise and, all-in-all, I felt that my stay represented good value.
The staff are friendly our room was freezing and damp, booked in for three nights left after one night, didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment on that
Had a nice, cosy room for the night, with a warm welcome on arrival and breakfast in the morning!

The room was clean but very outdated. The stairs were lethal with luggage to carry. The price was good tho and I slept ok so it served the purpose of a bed for the night. It included breakfast which was really nice. Plenty to eat buffet. Coffee was great too.

The dining options nailed it and a cozy bed! Friendly staff too. Especially at the dining area, mad respect to the guy who served as tea. He was so polite and respectful. Affordable place for a short stay. I highly recommend.

Ok for one night only
Nice friendly staff, good breakfast, warm shower, what wasn't good are stained carpets and decor needs a good paint job
Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. Parking on the promenade was free and we had a space right outside the hotel and as it was pouring down it proved so useful. We left the car for our two day stay and took the bus to Lancaster to visit family. Adele was very welcoming and check in was quick. The bed was huge, comfortable and the room was very quiet so we slept well. A range of cereals and croissants were available and we managed a window seat on both mornings overlooking the seafront.
One improvement for breakfast might be to include some fresh fruit instead of so much hot buffet?
There are many problems - it should not even be called a “hotel.” There are broken items inside the rooms, the walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the other rooms, and people smoke inside. The kitchen is extremely dirty, the rooms are cold, and the furniture is in poor condition. The photos do not reflect the real experience.
