In a beautiful area of the town with amazing views from the dining space. The hotel is in a prime location, very easily accsessable to the rest of morcambe with good honest places to eat and drink nearby. The staff where lovely and welcoming, happy and helpful! The hotel itsself maybe needs refurbishment, but for the price with breakfast included, the room came with everything you need, I cannot complain.

Not the Hilton, but good value for money. Staff are likeable as they try hard. Street parking is free but on occasions two hundred yards from the hotel, which is situated just west of the town centre.

What a splendid stay overnight. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There was free parking right outside. Eat as much you want breakfast with ample selection And a great sea view while you eat. The bathroom was a little tired but otherwise a great place to stay and will definitely stay again and recommend this place.

I personally would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Yes in fairness they gratefully let us in the room abit earlier than check in. But couldn't wait to leave. It was supposed to be a double room but more like a single. One chair between two. The room was smaller than a bathroom. Was very disappointed with my whole stay.
