Fantastic studio flat in Lancaster

Fantastic studio flat, really well laid out and really well equipped and in great condition. The kitchinette was really good with good range of cooking utensilsIt was spotless and it's in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the castle. Couldn't ask for anything better and I would definitely use them again.

Property was extremely nicely laid out and had plenty of room. Good bathroom and owner was easy to communicate with. Only major downside was there was not a lot of airflow and the apartment was very stuffy.

Recommend - spacious, clean and great location

What a treat! The loft apartment was super clean, modern and spacious. Bathroom nicely done with quality towels. Kitchen well stocked with pots etc. Good coffee provided as well. Excellent location - just a 5 minute from the train station and minutes from shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

So good, we came back!

Our boiler still hadn’t been fixed and we needed another night out of our house. Thankfully King Street had some space so we came straight back. And wouldn’t hesitate to / recommend to family for coming to stay in the future. (I’ve left another review for our first, longer stay)

Clean and comfortable apartment.

Our boiler broke during a sub zero temperature week and we needed somewhere quick. The team (Dale in particular) were super friendly and helpful. Apartment is really nicely designed and decorated. Only challenge we found was the temperature. We ended up with the radiators off and the skylights open in the bedroom which was on an upper floor from the living room. Easy to find and to drop off etc. no parking but plenty of places to park close by and we found some free streets only a ten min walk away.
