We liked the property but the washer/dryer combo did not work well and the steps to the living room/ kitchen were not completely safe for older people. Size was great and area was good.

I stayed in flat 1, very noisy bathroom exhaust fan and its runs for 20 minutes after switch off. Very tight entry and shower tray too small, don’t like pressure of shower
Bedroom v tight however bed was comfortable enough living room windows can’t open old style windows

We had a terrible experience with their customer service. Despite multiple attempts to sort out payment, their customer care kept passing us around and eventually cancelled the booking few days before our trip. Completely unreliable - would not recommend!
