“職員態度非常好，回普雷斯頓猶如回家一樣。”

“The room standards were not great, as the rooms appeared old by hotel standards. The heating systems were exposed, and a portable air conditioner had been added to the room, which did not give it the feel of a proper hotel room. The supposedly white dressing gowns provided were visibly used, although they had been washed. One of them was also very old and discoloured into brown, so I could not use it. On my first morning, I was also disappointed with the breakfast experience. Some food items……

“Easy parking at the front of the hotel, friendly welcome. Loved that the check in was after 2pm! Room was an Exec Patio king which was on the ground floor of the new wing, overlooking the front. Very clean, with toiletries, iron ironing board, coffee machine, kettle, simple but good storage for a couple of nights stay. Shelving for own toiletries in bathroom and great mirrors/lighting. Hairdryer, smart tv. Comfortable bed and pillows, usb ports beside bed, blackout curtains, and patio door with……

“So clean and comfortable So helpful ”

“Sorry to have to say this but this hotel is really not great, even for the price. They advertise as 'no dogs allowed' (fair enough and something I don't disagree with) yet when I went to check in, upon walking through the front door the first thing that struck me was the overwhelming smell of dog, and to be greeted by two loud dogs barking at me behind the small check in desk before any member of staff appeared. Room was basic and not a lot of attention has gone into cleaning it. Thick layers……

“Lovely hotel breakfast was excellent can’t fault it One negative it’s a bit isolated”

“Perfect hotel”

“Great news overnight stay. Staff were really helpful. Room was lovely and the bed was very comfy. Food in the pub was good too. A very enjoyable stay. Would stay again if in the area.”

“The hotel is set in lovely grounds and the premises are thoughtfully decorated, we found our room to be on the small side and rather cramped. Staff were often absent from where you would expect them to be. For instance we found the bar to be unattended.1”

“A fairly large room. Comfortable bed. Shower head a little on the small size so pressure was low but sufficient. Nice choice of teas/coffee etc Very friendly staff member. Good parking. Easy check out Would recommend”
