「This is a wonderful place to stay. It has a car park at the rear and 3 parking spots at the front. It is very secure with a personal PIN provided before book in for the doors. Very clean and smart. Big comfy bed in room 6 anyway. Nice little kitchenette. Fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Lovely shower. If I had to pick fault it would be the awful washing up liquid. 「Had a fantastic stay at the Mode we had a Sea View room with a Balcony and the weather was perfect and we sat out watching the stars in the evening. The room is functional with a good shower in the Bathroom and tea and coffee are provided in the room , I asked for some extra little milks and they were provided and delivered to the room by the lovely lady behind the bar/reception area. 「There were no wardrobe or drawers in the bedroom only a rail under a small shelf which only had 4 coathangers. Perhaps 2 small bedside drawers would help a little and a small chest of drawers under the rail. We didn't have a tea towel which I think could possibly have been an oversight by the cleaner and maybe a small amount of milk so we could have a drink on arrival although we did have some biscuits.」

「Lovely kind staff, rooms are well equipped, beds comfortable, immaculate hotel, food amazing.」

「Our stay was such a mixed bag it’s hard not to leave a middling review. Everything was a “positive but…” that could be improved to make The Nest a superb choice. The apartment was beyond clean but… we found a huge shard of glass under the single bed (our 7-year-old found it, thankfully unhurt). It does sleep 4 easily but… the second bedroom doesn’t fit both singles, the sofa isn’t a sofa bed, and the living room curtains don’t shut fully. Inventory had most things but… no iron, board or hair...
