“The room was ok Bathroom too hot No mirror's with lights to do make up and hair”

“Parked on the street free of charge. Great experience with keysafe and accessing property:rooms. Clean and well thought out rooms. Plenty of tea/coffee and toiletries in the bathroom. Hairdryer, soft chair, dressing table area. Satisfied with grab and go breakfast ( we got a good deal) so had this then went out for breakfast at the Courtyard nearby. Very happy and will stay again and recommend to family and friends. Would prefer lower room rather than 2 flights of stairs due to mobility but……

“Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!”

“The room was nice and clean , not happy about having to try find a cash machine last minute to leave £60 deposit for room, wouldn't let me have the key to use the toilet in my room untl i got the money, no plug in bathroom sink and when i went down to tell woman behind counter i was told no rooms have a plug in the sink,how are you supposed to have a wash a”

“Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked. Fortunately we didnt leave anything of value in the……

“Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean, ”

“I stayed at the hotel between the 11-13 of July. Very hot weekend. Price of the hotel included PARKING and air conditioning. When I arrived I found out there is only a fan with water in the room. I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know. I received a penalty for the for the free parking because I did not register and was never told to do so. I’m now having to pay £170 because of the……
