“This is a wonderful place to stay. It has a car park at the rear and 3 parking spots at the front. It is very secure with a personal PIN provided before book in for the doors. Very clean and smart. Big comfy bed in room 6 anyway. Nice little kitchenette. Fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Lovely shower. If I had to pick fault it would be the awful washing up liquid. It must be watered down, it does very little indeed! The flat is near to all restaurants and a Whetherspoons. Lots of coffee bars. The……
“We liked where the property was situated as it was so convenient for everything, shopping, restaurants, transport links. The hotel itself is styled as Victorian times gone by in St Annes on Sea ”
“There were no wardrobe or drawers in the bedroom only a rail under a small shelf which only had 4 coathangers. Perhaps 2 small bedside drawers would help a little and a small chest of drawers under the rail. We didn't have a tea towel which I think could possibly have been an oversight by the cleaner and maybe a small amount of milk so we could have a drink on arrival although we did have some biscuits.”
“We absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable. It could do with an update and refurb in certain areas but this doesn't affect the quality of the stay. The staff are very friendly and happy to help in any way they can. It's location is perfect as it's close to South pier, a tram stop, shops and the pleasure beach. We will be making further bookings in the future.”
“We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.
