The atmosphere wasn’t warm. Some staff seem stressed/overworked. Impressed with one gal in the dining room that brought us croissants, jam & water as we were disappointed there was no food service between 11am-noon. Not happy with having to walk around the back of hotel in the dark as the glass doors out front to the Promenade are kept locked. An idea would be to install a card swipe for guests to access.

The hotel is very modern and in very good condition. My wife is the biggest hotel critic but she loved it! Everything was spotless. We loved the bath. A great choice in Blackpool.

Fabulous hotel, great sea views fantastic breakfast and location is right next to the pleasure beach, just cros the road to get trams all along the front every 15 mins.. enjoyed every minute!

Posh tidy family stay

Enjoyed the stay. 2 kids enjoyed family room as they had their own area. I am 2m tall. Had problem in shower and bath. This could have been bigger. Food very tasty. But was waiting for 2h to be prepared. Be aware about following: - car park very expensive. You can get car park near. - Breakfast also expensive. -pleasure park and waterpark is very very close.

The Hotel Was Excellent, but unfortunately there was a lot of People arriving going to a Conference Meeting Between 6am -8am. Obviously they didn't consider People in Bed and on a Mini Break. The Noise was really bad they Woke Myself and my Wife up. Which We were both annoyed about.

Really nice!

A great hotel on the front at Blackpool. Easy access to the Pleasure Beach. 30 mins walk to Blackpool Central Pier. Room was spacious, clean and staff were friendly.

Great place, Amazing Staff

Place and decor was lovely, staff were amazing and room was perfect for our family. Especially kids having their own TV on each bunk. Room Sevice was very accommodating as we had allergies and ensured we were looked after. Will definitely be back

Great hotel

Superb hotel. Very modern and clean. Rooms very spacious. Kids loved the bunk beds which had their own wall mounted tv each. Great view of the park as well. Rooms were very well insulated to sound.

A nice hotel but probably a 4 star rather than a 5 star. We paid £275 for a standard family room so was surprised that at this cost parking and breakfast was additional!

Best in Blackpool

Very clean, modern hotel in great location for Pleasure Beech. Think 5 star classification is a bit high, no doorperson/offer of help with luggage, no bath robes/slippers in room and high level shower over bath. Having said that it is by far the best hotel in Blackpool.
