This comfortable home makes the perfect home base for your Blacksburg and New River Valley adventures. Centrally located, you'll be 5 mi / 9 min from Virginia Tech; 11 mi / 17 min to Radford University; and 7.5 mi / 11 min to the New River Junction. Fully remodeled throughout, the open concept living area comfortably seats up to 8 guests. Relax on the back patio for morning coffee or to soak in the afternoon sun rays.

Radford graduation celebration!
We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home while visiting for our son’s graduation from Radford University. Jess, the host, was amazing, kind and so very communicative. We would highly recommend staying at this house! Thank you!!

We had a great stay with family and friends. It was in a good location within ten minutes of campus. The house was comfortable and recently renovated. The six of us were able to hang out in the evenings and not be on top of one another. The host was responsive and easy to deal with as we required an early check-in. Overall we were very happy with the experience and would stay again if in the area.

Sweet home in Prices Fork area
Such a great 3BR/2BA home close to VT, but away from downtown and with space to enjoy. Great open concept renovation and set up. Nice back patio. The hosts are very kind, helpful and attentive! We had one thing we couldn’t figure out and got a text from them within minutes to troubleshoot with us. We will stay again, for sure!

Wonderful house to rent in Blacksburg
Newly updated in an attractive way. Nice large living space. Enjoyed central counter area for app and drink. 2 large bedrooms. Soft towels. Woods behind back patio to attract birds. Jessica was accommodating. Would definitely rent again.

Nice home that was recently updated. Everything was new. Very well stocked kitchen and baths. Plenty of room with large open kitchen/dining/living room area. Close to VT campus but on a quiet, rural road. Nice back patio for taking in the sun. Would stay again.

Adorable and Charming
As the first guests of this newly renovated property, we had zero complaints. Anything we needed for light cooking was available. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio overlooking a wooded yard where deer often walked by. Our kids slept in a room with two twin beds. The other bedrooms both have king beds. The size of the home was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children for our 4 day stay. All of the furniture, linens, decor and house goods were all brand new. We will definitely stay here again for future visits to Blacksburg!
