The house is wonderful, tranquil, and relaxing. We stayed there for our annual family get-together. We could not have chosen a better place. The home supplies everything you need except the food you will eat. We had three couples staying there, and it never felt crowded. There's plenty of space for everyone. You'll need to consider renting this home. It's home away from home.

Lovely

What a lovely place. Everything we needed and then some. Would stay here again. So relaxing. The view, ping pong, & super happy to discover puzzles for us to do on the rainy day!(Only issue we had was it was wasp season & they kept getting in. Glad they were slow ones!)

Excellent mountain stay

We absolutely loved the mountain home. There was plenty of room for our family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked and ready to use. The beds were comfortable. We utilized the beautiful front porch and fire pit. We loved hearing the cows. We were surprised by the fact you didn’t smell farm smells at all. The whole area was peaceful and allowed for multigenerational family bonding. It was within easy access of Sneedville and the beautiful Elrod Falls. The drive up to the home is picturesque and provides a great country drive.

Beautiful property

Our son was getting married in the town over so we rented this property for ourselves & our kids & their spouses. The home was clean and exactly as described. We had a minor issue with the ac but the host was very responsive and had someone fix it quickly. We look forward to staying at this property again Tom & Estie was great host!

Excellent facility for a family group

Plenty of room for a multi-family get together. The facility was clean, had lots of amenities, and it was very peaceful. The kids enjoyed visiting the cows and horse at the farm across the street. Tom and Estie were very responsive to our requests. The communication was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Serene, spacious, and squeaky clean!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family get away! It was spacious and clean. Host was very responsive and accommodating for our family. It is well off the beaten path which allowed us to completely unplug! No cell phone service but great WiFi connection provided. We hope to visit again!

STUNNING

The house and property was absolutely stunning! We laid in the hammocks for hours talking and enjoying the views. Our host was very well at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. The house is exactly how it is pictured and described. We will most definitely be back!!! Thank you for everything!

Very comfortable place to stay and great communication with the host. Found everything we needed and liked that it has a garage for the Jeep. Which we were glad we had as we toured the areas on very narrow and winding mountain roads. This area was so incredibly beautiful and sitting on the patio with a cup of tea allowed us city folk to unwind! Thank you for a great stay.

Great Place to Relax after Working

My co-workers were working nearby, and we really enjoyed returning to the place in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped and the porch was great. We accidentally locked ourselves out at one point, and the hosts were quick to help us out. We would stay again!

We were visiting family who live nearby. This is just like the pictures show. It is secluded and has all the comforts of home. There are a lot of extras in the kitchen that most places don’t provide. The furniture is comfortable, the view from the porch is so peaceful and relaxing. I have stayed here before and intend to return.

comfortable, relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay very much, it is a lovely, comfortable home with spacious rooms and a relaxing view. I appreciated the extras, like a hairdryer, shampoos, lotion and body wash, a good supply of toilet paper and some kitchen essentials. There were plenty of towels, and a good assortment of pots and pans, the living room furniture was comfortable, we enjoyed sitting on the porch. We knew there would be no cell phone coverage, but it is inconvenient. Overall I am extremely pleased and hope to go again.

Beautiful on the surface but there is a darkness hidden just underneath

This place is beautiful and very dark, maybe the owners are unaware but a little research and gut feelings have me torn. This place is absolutely a Hotspot for unsettled spirits I physically felt attacked from day one and became more ill every day with a sickness like I've never felt, it was like this entity wanted me to feel what it went through just before it died from being posined by a group of people who wanted it gone. I know it sounds crazy but there is something bad that happened there. So if you believe in the supernatural/paranormal stuff, I can assure you this is the real deal. I had to leave early because I honestly didn't know if I could handle anymore...I thought maybe I had covid or something.....but the further away we got I felt better, 8 hours later when we rolled back in to south Georgia I was completely fine. Owners please don't be upset with me, if anything this will probably just bring ya more business....don't forget about old clyde when this place booked solid year around with the ghost buster folk😉
