"The property is priced at the high end for this town, while it provides a run-down facility and mediocre hygiene. The in-room amenities barely work and carry the marks of many years of service, the towels have stains, and judging by the dates on the product labels of the equipment, the room we stayed in has not been refitted in at least 13 years. This was the worst spent 150 eur per night!"

"We enjoyed our 5 day stay. The room was small but well designed. The bed was very comfortable and the large balcony was perfect with beautiful views. The cool pool was not open while we were there but the large warm pool and two small hot ones were nice, as well as the steam room and dry sauna. The breakfast was good and many dishes from the restaurant were as well. With that said, some dishes lacked flavor like the pasta and a sandwich was not edible. "The hotel lobby and public spaces are great, they have an amazing pool and spa, breakfast was good, but not on time, my biggest problem was with the rooms, the rooms are very old have stained carpets, the tub is difficult to get in and out of, there is absolutely no air-conditioning, it’s a centrally controlled air system so you don’t really have any control over how hot or cold it gets. The window does open, but it’s on a very busy street so expect lots of noise."

"The property itself is great. The villas are comfortable and the pools are fun. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful, the staff was helpful. However the dinner buffet was not good. There are many options for main courses however most of the meats were dry and barely edible."

"The room was big enough for 3 people and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. And the location was excellent, in walking distance of great restaurants and the gondola. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful."
