Location we were looking for; complimentary laundry was a bonus.

Came to visit our son and this location was less than 2 miles from his home. Comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Nice view of evening sunset over the water.

Very well kept property. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I had to extend my stay several times and the management was very helpful. I will definitely book here again in the future.

Nice spot for visiting Birch Bay

The property was clean & welcoming. I enjoyed the decorations and the extra space in the bathroom to put luggage. There is beach access right across from the property, however it’s flanked by houses so if you happen to go out for a walk and the tide is high you’re walking in front of others peoples property. My biggest complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable for me & my husband. Likewise the two chairs in the room for main sitting and relaxing were very uncomfortable. If the bed and furniture were more comfortable I might consider coming back to this spot.

Room was VERY clean and comfortable for the two of us. I should have paid better attention that there was no stove, just toaster type oven. TV was a bit tricky to figure out, but we did it. The gas/propane fireplace front was really pretty. I enjoyed that very much and didn’t seem to take much to warm the space Would be a nice touch to maybe include a few decks of playing cards, dice, and maybe a crib board. Could be nicely stored in baskets under window seating area? Loved the salt water taffy, I think I ate all the banana!😉 Would be a place we’d stay again if opportunity came up. Thank you for hospitality.

Loved this studio! Enjoyed the view of the creek. Too cold (October) to sit outside but would be great for warmer days. Quiet cute, homey, nice decor. Best bed I've ever slept in while traveling- (I hate standard motel pillow-top mattresses that require a step ladder to climb into, with blanket attached to sheet so you can't adjust them when you're too hot.) This bed was nice height, soft to sink into, but still gave good support.Highly recommend this.
